You're always in charge of your subscription. From your account, you can:
- Change your delivery frequency
- Skip an upcoming shipment
- Pause your subscription
- Cancel anytime if your needs change
Note: Any updates must be made at least 24 hours before your renewal date.
Renewal & Billing
Your subscription renews automatically based on your selected schedule
- Once an order is processed, it cannot be canceled, refunded, returned, or modified
- You'll receive an email confirmation with shipment details after each renewal
- If a payment fails, your subscription will be paused until your billing information is updated
- To avoid delays, please keep your payment and shipping details current in your account.
Our subscription prices are offered for recurring orders and are based on the delivery frequency you select.
When you choose a subscription, you agree to receive a minimum of two subscription orders before cancelling.
The subscription price cannot be used for a single order and then cancelled immediately afterwards.
After your second subscription order has been processed, you can cancel your subscription at any time before your next renewal.
