The products themselves are good quality, and I have no complaints about what I've received. However, my experience with the shipping has been disappointing.
The first time I ordered from this company, it took almost a month for my order to arrive. If customers are paying for delivery and the company states a delivery timeframe of 3–5 working days, then orders should arrive within that timeframe.
I understand that delays can happen, but if there are any issues causing delays, customers should be informed. Clear communication is important and helps manage expectations.
The products are good, but the shipping and lack of communication have let the overall experience down for me, which is why I am giving 3 out of 5 stars.
I’ve used this in the past and I love the smell and that it still leaves your skin feeling moisturised after. Not sure how effective it is at removing dark spots and blemishes because I use it as a moisturising sensitive skin friendly soap.

No doubt about that your products are very good but your delivery service is very very poor your website says 5 working days but is more like 14 working days please work on it.
I have dark spots on my face, since i started 2 weeks ago, i can see a massive difference on my face, my skin is is still work in progress, with constant use of the soap paste, it will get better. I have a sensitive skin, with this herbal soap paste, there's no reaction, give the soap a trial, you will love it.

This product is a game-changer. I'm thrilled to have come across it. It treated my scalp well and made my hair very soft. It is all-natural and does a better job than the medicated stuff. It did not leave a white cast or residue. I wish I could take away just a half-star rather than a whole, due to the potency of the smell. It is really strong and caused me to sneeze. I could also tell others were a little overpowered by it when I hugged them. Perhaps a more thorough rinse will help.

I purchase this treatment somewhat out of desperation; also because I wanted to support a black-owned brand. Though I was desperate to find something to, at least, mitigate the symptoms of seborrheic dermatitis, I did not believe it would be effective. Yes, my logic made no sense whatsoever but when desperation enters the scene, all sense and logic disappear. Anyway, I must humbly concede that this product WORKS!! I have yet to recover from my shock even though I used it only twice to date. The second time I used this product, I applied the bumpz cream. I went from seeing flakes within 24hrs of washing my hair to being flake free for 3-4 days. Not to mention the relief from the INTENSE itching!!! Nothing else has ever worked this well on my acne-prone skin for an extended period of time. Usually my skin gets used to products and they end up not working after a while. But I have been using this soap paste along with the honey facial scrub and I absolutely love it! Definitely recommend.
I have ordered from here occasionally and whilst the products work, customer service and shipping is consistently poor. We pay for shipping for 3-5 days but it always comes a week and a half late or more. Also as a Brit, why is tax not included in the displayed price so it doesn’t even cost how much it is displayed as. So it was displayed as £22 but including shipping and tax I paid over £30 for a product that is simply an oil
I came to the site looking for the scalp mask and decided to try a few of the sample seeing that I ordering from the US. The paste is a little gooey but works so good! I put it on my face before I get in the shower. Lather it and leave it on til I'm done . Rinse and it's like a face-lift in a jar. I have VERY sensitive skin as I have a-topic eczema which is particularly bad on my hands. Usually a good product will soothe the eczema at most as opposed to actually clearing/ healing it...but this soap? After a week/ week and a half I began to notice that my eczema was actually fading and the the skin was becoming smoothe, I was shocked. If you struggle with eczema, you should give this soap a try
